What are your Operating Hours?

We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. We’re closed on Sundays. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is easy and convenient! You can submit your order through our website (hblexinton.com), give us a call at 876-531- 9034 or send a WhatsApp message to the same number with the list of items and quantities you would like.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

We accept cash on delivery, all major credit and debit cards as well as wire transfers. If you would prefer the wire transfer option, we encourage initiating the transaction prior to the scheduled delivery day as orders are only released once our accounting team can confirm receipt of your transfer.

What is your Delivery Fee?

Our Delivery Fee is $800 to most locations in Kingston. Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm that your desired delivery address is within our service area.

Can I Schedule a Specific Delivery Time?

Our delivery team usually delivers all orders within the same geographic vicinity at a time. However, if you have a special request for a specific delivery time, please reach out to us at 876-531-9034 and our team will do the best we can to facilitate your request.

What is the Cut-Off Time for Tuesday & Thursday Delivery?

The window for Kingston deliveries closes at 2pm on the day prior. This means that for Tuesday deliveries, orders must be submitted by 2pm on Monday and for Thursday deliveries, orders must be submitted by 2pm on Wednesday of each week.

What if my order is an Emergency and I have missed the Cut-off Window?

Life is busy and unpredictable … we get it! If for some reason your order has missed the cut-off time for Tuesday or Thursday delivery, please reach out to us at 876-531-9034 to see if your delivery is still possible. Our team will do the best we can!

Can I Return my Order if I am not Happy?

Unfortunately, because of the perishable nature of our meat products, we are unable to accept returns once your order has been delivered. This is our way of guaranteeing that optimal food safety standards are maintained so we can keep all our customers safe! However, we are happy to allow you to inspect your order upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations before we depart!
